Winners announced for Girls’ Softball and Boys’ Baseball & Coaches of Mahoning Valley “Best of the Best”

(Youngstown, Ohio) Spanning the Need with Anthony Spano, and Malutic Live with Austin Malutic announce the 2021 Mahoning Valley Fan Baseball/Softball Players/Coaches of the Year as voted on by the fans. The voting, which lasted two weeks upon completion of the regular season, drew over 9101 votes, which were cast by Mahoning Valley area sports fans.

We are grateful for the support of the community during these difficult times. The list was compiled by the community in multiple ways during the allotted time frame through the specific schools and recommendations.  The goal was to recognize outstanding performances this past season and honor their achievements.

Spanning the Need Podcast’s Girls’ Softball and Boys’ Baseball & Coaches of Mahoning Valley “Best of the Best” voted on by the fans

(Youngstown) – The Mahoning Valley Fan “Player & Coach of the Year,” presented by Spanning the Need with host Anthony Spano is announcing that voting for the Mahoning Valley’s girls’ softball, boys’ baseball, and coach of the year is now open, (VOTE NOW) concluding on Friday, May 14th at 3 pm as we give the fans the opportunity to vote for this year’s players and coaches of the year for Spring Sports. More than 45 Mahoning Valley schools (Trumbull, Mahoning, & Columbiana County) have taken part and submitted a player and/or coach for the honor of being named Player or Coach of the Year.

Throughout the voting period, fans may submit (VOTE NOWevery 24-hour cycle via the website through a designated email. All current top players from the Mahoning Valley (Trumbull, Mahoning & Columbiana) are available for selection after receiving input from the community.

Fans will account for 100 percent of all voting. Spanning the Need, with host Anthony Spano, and Malutic Live co-host, Austin Malutic, will reveal this year’s winners the week of May 16th on a special episode of Spanning the Need on our YouTube Channel. Check out www.AnthonyVSpano.com for day and time.

How Fans Can Vote:
Voting can be done at AnthonyVSpano.com/sports every 24 hours: Fill out one full ballot per day (per day is defined as once every 24 hours) from a desktop or mobile browser, registered by the e-mail address. The email will allow up to 12 total votes during the voting cycle, per designated email. Fans can select one boy player, one girl player, and one coach from each of the four categories when choosing.

Spanning The Need, A Cleveland Browns Pre-Draft Podcast Show Panel coming Monday Night

(Youngstown, OH) – Spanning the Need will be doing a live Cleveland Browns Pre-Draft podcast Show on Monday, April 26, 2021, at 7 pm. The podcast will air on Spanning the Need” Facebook.

The show will cover a variety of segments on the show; a recap of the 2020 Season/Pandemic, Off-Season Free Agency, Draft Opportunities for the Browns, and Future of the Cleveland Browns, just to name a few. The panel will be able to take questions from the viewers, where the viewers can submit questions in the comment section of the broadcast. Also, a new feature, Browns fans will be able to be on the show through a special link that will be provided to the viewers interested in being a part of the Pre-Draft Show conversation.

Spanning The Need Teams Up With ACTION on the “State of the Valley

(Youngstown, OH) – Spanning the Need and Mahoning Valley ACTION organization will take part in a panel discussion and conversation on the “State of the Valley” moderated by Anthony Spano. The broadcast will premiere live on Thursday, April 8 at 7pm on the Facebook page of “Spanning the Need,” www.facebook.com/anthonyvspano, then on their YouTube channel following the broadcast.

There will be several topics discussed such as suggestions on curbing violence in our communities, the importance of communication with all community leaders/public, and what successful initiatives or best practices have been or need to be accomplished to name a few. If time is available at the end, the panel would be able to take questions from the viewers, where the viewers are able to submit questions in the comment section of the broadcast.

Spanning the Need with Anthony Spano Kicks off its Mayoral Candidate Speaker Series Presented by Sherman Creative

(Youngstown, OH) – The public will have an opportunity to hear from the four mayoral candidates for Mayor of Youngstown on the podcast Spanning the Need and moderated by Anthony Spano. This is part of the Mayoral Candidate Speaker Series presented by Sherman Creative. Candidates for Youngstown Mayor that are participating in the series are Mayor Tito Brown, Ryan Kelly, Julius Oliver, and Tracey Winbush.

The candidates will provide information about themselves and have an opportunity to outline their platforms and answer questions by discussing the issues. The speaker series will cover a variety of topics from the economy, challenges facing the city and violence in our communities, just to name a few.

(Youngstown, Ohio) Spanning the Need with Anthony Spano, and Malutic Live with Austin Malutic, is proud to announce the 2021 Mahoning Valley Fan Boys and Girl’s Players and Coaches of the Year as voted on by the fans. The voting, which lasted two weeks upon completion of the regular season, drew over 8400 votes, which were cast by Mahoning Valley area basketball fans.

All recipients were announced and recognized on March 7, ‘live’ on their respective shows, joining a prestigious rank of the Mahoning Valley’s “Best of the Best” this year.
